Sporting activities at Galgenberg
A 2,2-kilometer fitness trail around the Yellow Tower (observatory) offers a variety of exercise options suitable for any time of year or day. At 17 stations, you can create your own personalized workout, combining strength, endurance, agility, and movement exercises according to your fitness level and training goals. The distances between the stations, up to 100 meters, can be covered by either jogging or walking.
At each station, the respective exercises are explained graphically and in writing. The intensity levels are tailored to experienced athletes, families, and the 50+ age group. Under expert guidance, participants are gently introduced to the requirements, proper technique, and intensity levels. The training is suitable for children aged ten and up, as well as adults, and a complete circuit takes approximately 90 minutes.
