Volksbank eG Hildesheim-Lehrte-Pattensen provides free Wi-Fi for all users, whether customers or non-customers, locals or visitors. To date, over 100 locations in the region have been equipped with Wi-Fi in cooperation with the Lippstadt-based startup "MySPOT Marketing," the technology provider, at Volksbank eG's expense.

As a visitor and customer of Hildesheim's city center, you can use your mobile devices to go online for free within the city center area and surf the internet or send messages, pictures, and videos. Simply select the internet connection via "#citynetz.poweredbyvolksbank" or "#volksbank.free.wifi.plus" in the Wi-Fi menu of your smartphone, tablet, or laptop, accept the terms of use, watch a short 5-second advertisement, and then you can surf the web uninterrupted and free of charge.
