FAQ for collection points
Any company based in the city of Hildesheim can become a collection point. Registration is done using the appropriate form and should be submitted to Hildesheim Marketing GmbH, Rathausstraße 15, 31134 Hildesheim. voucher@hildesheim-marketing.de
After successful registration you will receive:
Participation in the voucher system is generally free of charge. A clearing fee of 4% plus VAT is deducted from the voucher value for processing redeemed vouchers. No other fees apply.
Vouchers can be used by customers like cash to pay for goods or services.
The voucher is simply accepted as a means of payment.
No additional hardware is required. Vouchers can be redeemed via existing POS terminals, an existing point-of-sale system, or alternatively via a web application.
The redeemed vouchers must be submitted in person or by post to Hildesheim Marketing GmbH.
Note: We cannot accept liability for vouchers lost in the mail.
The vouchers are valid for three years from the end of the respective year of issue.
As an example:
A voucher from 2026 can be redeemed until 31.12.2029 and settled until 31.01.2030.
The specific deadlines depend on the respective year of issue.
Please check the voucher's authenticity upon receipt. The following features must be present:
Only valid and undamaged vouchers are refundable. Damaged, tampered with, or expired vouchers do not have to be accepted. In these cases, a refund is not possible.
The Hildesheim voucher is issued in the following denominations:
The employer voucher is issued up to a value of €50 and, when purchased on account, can only be obtained directly from Hildesheim Marketing GmbH.
Participation is for a minimum term of 12 months. Termination is possible in writing with three months' notice to the end of the month. If no termination is received, participation is extended indefinitely and remains terminable with the same notice period.
