Starting Friday, the Hildesheim Tourist Information Center will be offering a very special new product: Hildesheim half-timbered pasta. These unique pasta shapes are modeled after the famous Butchers' Guildhall – one of the most beautiful half-timbered houses in the world and a landmark of the city. The pasta is available in a mix of classic and green pasta, bringing a taste of Hildesheim to your plate.
Hildesheim half-timbered house pasta is available exclusively at the Tourist Information Center. The special tool developed for creating the characteristic half-timbered house shape of this pasta was commissioned by Hildesheim Marketing GmbH. Therefore, the pasta is only available at the Tourist Information Center in Hildesheim.
Besides its unique shape, this pasta also impresses with its quality. It's produced by a German family business using high-quality durum wheat semolina. The green color comes naturally from spinach. The pasta is vegan, contains no flavor enhancers or preservatives, and is produced using a particularly gentle and slow-drying process. This ensures excellent flavor, optimal cooking stability, and the perfect bite.
